SHIPPING POLICY

At LeatherBayz, we are committed to making your shopping experience easy and hassle-free. Whether you need to exchange an item or return a product, we have clear policies in place to support you.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

  • If you’ve received an item that doesn’t fit or isn’t suitable, we’re happy to assist with exchanges or returns.
  • We are able to exchange most items if they are the wrong size or color. Engraved or custom-made items cannot be exchanged or refunded unless there is a manufacturer’s fault.
  • The fastest way to handle an exchange is by purchasing the replacement item in a new order and returning the unsuitable item for a refund. Alternatively, you can return the item for an exchange, and we will send out the replacement.
  • Once we receive the returned item, the exchange or refund will be processed. This typically takes between a few days to a week or two, depending on the shipping time for returns.

OVERSEAS EXCHANGES

  • For international exchanges, we recommend purchasing a replacement item in a new order, then returning the unsuitable item for a refund.

COMBINED SHIPPING

  • When you exchange an item, you can combine the replacement item with any other products you wish to purchase and only pay for one shipping cost on the entire order.

DELIVERY TIME

  • Delivery time depends on several factors such as shipping method, location of both the buyer and seller, and product availability.
  • Most orders will be delivered within 15-20 working days. Please note that working days exclude weekends and public holidays. If you place an order on a Friday, processing will begin the following Monday.
  • International orders may take longer due to customs processes and international logistics.
  • Make sure to provide accurate shipping information when placing your order to ensure timely delivery.

CUSTOM MADE ORDERS

  • Custom-made and tailor-made products can take approximately 3 to 4 weeks to be delivered, as these items are specifically created for you or may need to be restocked.
  • Delivery times can vary depending on the product and supplier, so always check for the estimated delivery time when placing your order.

RETURNS FOR REFUND

If you wish to return an item for a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Send the item back to the following address and include:
    • Your order number
    • The reason for the return
    • Any details if the item is faulty.

RETURN POLICY

  • Refund Policy: Most items are eligible for a refund, but engraved or custom-made items are non-refundable unless they are faulty.
  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order (this is extended to 30 days after Christmas for Christmas gift purchases).
  • The buyer is responsible for ensuring that returned goods are in satisfactory condition. Ensure that all bags, tags, and labels are attached and untorn.
  • To speed up the process, ensure that returned items are odor-free, pet hair-free, and neatly folded before packing them securely for return.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

  • When returning items from outside the EU, please mark the package and customs documentation as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs fees.
