RETURN AND REFUND RULES

We make all efforts to guarantee that you are satisfied with all of our goods and services. Before delivery all products must pass quality inspections and be verified. However in some situations you must return or replace the goods details must be addressed. All of our items are created to order and any returns for a replacement are subject to a 20% restocking fee as well as shipping expenses.

REFUNDABLE

  • In case of receiving a defective product, please Contact Us within 2 working days.
  • Returns, replacements and refunds are within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Buyers are responsible for all shipping and handling costs in the case of a return or replacement.
  • The goods must be returned in its original packaging and in as new condition with all tags attached.
  • Only defective items are eligible for return and replacement.
  • If we made a mistake we will also reimburse the Shipping and Delivery fees.
  • Before returning or replacing an item you must send images of the fault.
  • It is important to note that we do not entertain refund requests for items acquired during the Black Friday Sale

SIZE ISSUE

  • We strongly advise you to use our sizing guide before ordering anything from our website. If the sizing is not accurate (runs small or large) please contact us at support@leatherbaba.com.
  • If you have any questions about our sizing chart please contact us via email. Our team will help you. 

NON-REFUNDABLE

  • Made-to-measure or other customized orders can’t be returned.
  • Products sold on SALE & DISCOUNT are non-refundable unless defective.
  • Order cancellation requests can be made prior to order shipment. An order that has been sent cannot be canceled.
  • Leathers made to order and fully customized are not refundable or replacement.
  • Items that have been worn or altered cannot be returned.
  • Customers who order more than two products at the same time will not be eligible for a return or replacement. Ideally limit the production of resale value and return the product if no sale occurs. Discourage the practice of ordering multiple products for trial and then picking only one.

HOW TO RETURN?

Please follow the guidelines if the product is eligible for return/replacement or refund.

  • First and foremost obtain approval for a return/replacement by submitting a Request of Return.
  • Please include your name, order number and email address used to place your order. If the product is faulty please send images of the flaws.
  • Our sales representative will respond within 48 working hours to serve you as effectively as possible.
  • Once you have received approval for Return/Replacement we will give you a return address. We recommend using a documented delivery service when returning an item to us for your security.

REFUND

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days of receiving your return.
  • Shipping expenses are non-refundable and will be refunded to your original payment method such as PayPal or Stripe.
